Information you share

Our forms collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, business name, service area, website, goals, timing, and any notes or messages. If you book a call, we receive your contact and appointment details. Please leave sensitive personal information out of these forms.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to you, understand your business needs, arrange conversations, prepare proposals, and manage our work together. We also use technical information to operate the website, prevent spam, and understand which pages and inquiry paths are useful.

Services that handle information

• Webflow hosts this website and processes and stores form submissions. It also receives technical information, such as IP address and browser details, when you visit.
• Google Workspace handles email sent to or from us, including form notifications and our replies.
• Zoom handles the optional booking calendar and appointment details. Opening the calendar connects your browser to Zoom, which processes technical information and uses its own cookies and similar technologies.
• Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect our forms from automated spam. It processes signals such as IP address and browser information for bot detection and to improve that protection.

These providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate. Their linked notices explain their data practices.

Website measurement

We use Google Analytics to measure visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, browser and device information, and approximate location. It uses cookies and similar identifiers. We also count successful form submissions and clicks to book a call as separate events. Form answers, names, email addresses, and message contents are not included in those measurement events. Advertising personalization and remarketing features are not enabled.

Your choices and requests

You can contact us by email instead of using a form or booking calendar. To ask about the information you have shared, request a correction or deletion, or stop further follow-up, email josh@907clicks.com. Some records may need to be retained for ongoing work or legal and accounting requirements.

Keeping information

The time information is kept depends on the inquiry, our work together, and applicable recordkeeping needs. If you would like information removed, contact us so we can review the records held by us and our service providers.
